Anesthesiologist (Cardiac-Trained) - Partnership Track, W-2 or Day Coverage

The General Anesthesiologist position in Gastonia, NC offers a full-time, exempt role with options for 2-year partnership, W-2, or daytime schedule. • Provide anesthesia at local hospitals, developing patient-specific plans through evaluations and histories. • Supervise certified registered nurse anesthetists, ensuring safe patient care. • Perform diverse cases including cardiac (CABG, valves, LVADs, TAVRs), neuro, OB, ortho, ENT, pediatrics, GI, and general surgery. • Use regional and general anesthesia techniques, monitor post-op recovery, and participate in call shifts (approximately 2-3 per month). • Require a cardiothoracic fellowship, minimum 3+ years of experience, and board certification or eligibility. • Strong communication, safety commitment, and teamwork skills are essential.
