Job Responsibilities: • Provide anesthesia care for General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma cases • Perform procedures such as regional blocks, spinals, and line placements (arterial/central) • Collaborate with CRNAs and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Maintain accurate documentation in iProcedures EMR • Be cross-credentialed for backup coverage at a secondary facility (rarely needed) Qualifications: • Board Certified in Anesthesiology (BE not accepted) • Active Florida medical license • Minimum 2 years of recent anesthesia experience • ACLS & BLS certifications • Full-time open availability and clean file Working Hours: • Monday–Friday, 10-hour day shifts (7a–5p) • PRN coverage; weekday and weekend call preferred but not required Skills: • Proficiency in diverse anesthesia cases from general to trauma • Strong procedural skills (regional, spinal, line placements) • Ability to adapt to high-acuity, fast-paced environments • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits: • Flexible PRN scheduling • Opportunity to work in a broad case mix environment • Warm Florida climate & lifestyle 🌞🏖️ • Professional growth in a high-volume hospital
