Job Responsibilities: • Provide anesthesia for Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, Thoracic, OB (non-high risk), GI, ENT, Robotics, Healthy Peds, and more • Collaborate within a care team model of 22 CRNAs & 8 MDs • Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes • Document accurately in Meditech EMR Qualifications: • Board Certified Anesthesiologist (BE not accepted) • Active FL medical license • 2+ years of recent anesthesia experience • Clean background and no malpractice history • ACLS certification • Full-time open availability Working Hours: • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Weekends & call optional Skills: • Broad anesthesia expertise across surgical specialties • Strong teamwork & communication skills • Comfort working in a high-volume environment Benefits: • Work in a stunning coastal location with year-round sunshine ☀️ • Flexible schedule – no required weekends or call • Wide case variety to keep your skills sharp • Live in a top-ranked small beach town 🌊🏖️
