About the Clinician's Workday The anesthesiologist will provide 8-hour day shift coverage with beeper call responsibilities during weeknights and weekends. The clinician will supervise CRNAs in a 1:4 ratio across 4 operating rooms, handling supervision duties during regular hours and performing independent cases during call periods. Board certification is required for this position. Holiday call coverage is preferred but not mandatory.
