Key Responsibilities: As a Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will: • Assist in collecting and reviewing data regarding patients' medical and surgical histories in alignment with planned procedures. • Maintain a safe environment and respond effectively to emergencies. • Prepare and administer medications and fluids according to established standards of safe practice. • Monitor patients continuously for airway, depth of anesthesia, fluid status, and physiological responses to ensure safety. • Complete all necessary documentation including surgical safety checklists, pre-operative assessments, intra-operative anesthetic records, and transfer-of-care notes. • Log incident reports in the computerized Safety Portal. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Education Requirements: Must be a graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
