Job Responsibilities: As a CAA on our team, you will: Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient histories and physical evaluations Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery Provide airway management, pain management, and emergency life support as needed Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of patient safety Qualifications: Valid Nevada medical license Current CAA certification Prior CAA experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills Working Hours: Multiple hospital locations in Henderson 8–10.5 hour shifts, Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling across multiple Nevada sites
