Join a high-performing, fast-paced anesthesia team in beautiful Virginia Beach! We’re seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support a dynamic care team across three hospital sites, including a Level 1 Trauma Center and two community hospitals. 🔍 Position Highlights: • Care Team Model: 1:4 supervision ratio with 30+ Anesthesiologists and 70+ CRNAs • Case Mix: Large Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic (No Peds or Hearts required for locums) • Procedures: CRNAs independently administer drugs and perform: • Epidurals, spinals, arterial lines • Arterial catheters, lumbar epidural catheters, spinal anesthesia (No brachial plexus or regional blocks) • Hospital Size: 700 beds • Patient Volume: Varies by site ✅ Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience • Level 1 Trauma experience required • Comfortable in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment • Eligible for Virginia licensure This is a high-impact locum opportunity with competitive pay, full travel and lodging support, and the chance to work with a collaborative, experienced team in a coastal city known for its vibrant lifestyle.
