Locum Anesthesiologist - Williamsburg, VA - Will license - $325-$335/hr

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide locum services in Williamsburg, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for an anesthesiologist looking for weekday coverage with call responsibilities in a hospital-based setting. Coverage begins around mid-February 2026 for about 12 weeks. 🏥 Job Details: Case Types: General, pediatrics, endoscopy, and cataracts. Special Procedures: Standard anesthesia care; no cardiac or high-risk specialty cases. Setting: Acute care hospital. Schedule: Day shifts (typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM); 8-hour shifts with in-house call required and weeknight/weekend pager call. Support: Physicians perform their own cases (no CRNA supervision). EMR System: Epic Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 2 ✅ Requirements: Board Certification preferred (will consider board-eligible) Active Virginia medical license required (open to licensing) DEA required BLS and ACLS (AHA) recommended Minimum experience: 2 years preferred COVID-19 vaccination status required (medical/religious exemptions considered) 📋 Credentialing: Estimated timeframe: ~90 days Name-clear process required Skills checklist and interview availability must be submitted with application Why Join Us?
