## Join USAP Texas South as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants are needed in San Antonio, Texas to join our highly successful and established group that offers clinical variety and growth opportunities. We're offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus with up to $75,000 in sign-on incentive options to the right candidates. ## About the Opportunity USAP Texas South covers facilities in both San Antonio and New Braunfels, and we're actively seeking full-time and PRN CAAs to join our expanding practice. We've been providing exceptional anesthesia care for over 30 years and have established a solid reputation of excellence, quality, and service. You'll be supported by highly experienced anesthesiologists who promote collaboration and teamwork to provide high-quality medical care to all patients. Working with us means exposure to a diverse range of case settings including GI, L&D, general surgery, colorectal, robotics, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, OB, ortho, and spine cases. If you enjoy variety and the opportunity to grow clinically, this is where you belong. ## Compensation and Schedule Your starting salary will be a minimum of $218,400 annually, with regular salary increases and loyalty bonuses available. You'll work a flexible 40-hour week with the opportunity to work additional shifts to maximize your earnings. Multiple scheduling options are available—choose between 3/12s and 4/10s so you can enjoy more three and four-day weekends. You'll need to complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where you'll have privileges. ## Why San Antonio?
