General Anesthesiologist

Full-time General Anesthesiologist position in Virginia Beach, VA, reporting to Dr. James Oleksa. • Provide anesthesia at multiple outpatient surgical centers, including patient evaluations and developing tailored anesthesia plans. • Supervise certified registered nurse anesthetists and mentor trainees, ensuring safe, effective care. • Administer and monitor general and regional anesthesia, manage post-operative recovery, and handle airway management and patient monitoring. • Perform pre- and post-anesthesia assessments, order tests, and document records. • Require MD/DO, VA license, BC/BE in anesthesiology, minimum 3+ years experience, and strong regional skills. • Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and patient safety skills.
