Job Responsibilities: • Provide anesthesia care for General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, and more • Collaborate within a care team model of 25 CRNAs and 19 MDs • Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes in a variety of surgical specialties • Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR • Cross-credential at a nearby surgical pavilion as needed Qualifications: • Board Certified in Anesthesiology (BE not accepted) • Active Florida medical license • Minimum 2 years of recent anesthesia experience • Clean file with no malpractice history or background issues • BLS certification • Full-time open availability Working Hours: • Monday–Friday: Five 8-hour shifts or Four 10-hour shifts • Approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Weekends & call optional • Flexible scheduling with no required weekends or call • Wide case variety to maintain skills • Work in a high-volume, collaborative environment • Live and work in one of Florida’s most beautiful and culturally rich cities 🌴☀️ Skills: • Expertise in a broad range of anesthesia cases (excluding trauma & cardiac) • Strong procedural skills and adaptability • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
